We spent Xmas in a 3-star hotel in the Alps. the pool and steam room were great, and the shuttle to the lifts was a lifesaver. the location was perfect, with shops and bars just a short walk away.
The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Our room was not cleaned properly and there were no toiletries provided.

Very good service from the staff! Nice view from the room. Breakfast was good. Good deal with the Restaurant Allisier regarding the dinner - nice and varied menu and great service (open until late evening - we appreciated that).
The rooms looked like they were only partly modernised: Nice beds, bathroom and closet, but the rest of the interior seemed a little old.

Incredible mountain views: The south-facing rooms at this hotel offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama is a definite highlight of the stay. Attentive staff: The reception and servers at this hotel are always polite and ready to assist guests. Their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out during my stay. Good value for money: This hotel offers great value for the price paid. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with amenities such as flat-screen TVs and balconies overlooking the mountains. Convenient location: The hotel is ideally located, close enough to the town center for easy access to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The main gondola and nightclubs are also within easy reach, making it convenient for both skiing and nightlife.
Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

Hotel has good location at the end of town and a great view from our balcony. The restaurant (we were on half pension) did a nice job in serving people and providing good (but rarely excellent) food. Restaurant staff were friendly and generally helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and had reasonable variety. Parking was convenient. Indoor pool was adequet and had a nice view.
Hotel was rated 4 star, but did not really deserve this rating. Numerous things were poorly maintained. Almost everything in the small fitness room was broken, game room was not in good condition, our room's door knob fell off once we arrived (they fixed this), etc. In addition, the hall frequently smelled of food and was a little dingy, although the room itself was clean, well appointed and with a pleasant smell.

Room size with a great view of the mountains and awesome showers. The hotel provided a shuttle bus which was efficient. The staff were very friendly and the bar crawl was a hit.
The lack of temperature control in the room, extra charges for things like pillows, and poor TV options. The food quality was demoralising and coffee not available until breakfast.

Lovely location, comfortable room, friendly staff
Lock on room door was faulty and twice we came back to the room to find room staff had not fully secured the door, and it was open.

the hotel has everything a young skiing family can want - ski hire attached to the hotel, a shuttle to any slope, great food, great pool and table tennis.

The booking was for someone else and it was continuious problems from the minute I reserved, total confusion over a simple reservation. Totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
